I have entered my Kaave Code but the Kaave website appears when I click the link given to me?
You have to log in with the mobile browser on the cell phone the Kaave app is installed onto in order to upload the code. Your gifts will be automatically loaded onto your account when you enter the code with your mobile browser and click on the button that appears.
The Kaave app opened but my code wasn't uploaded while uploading my Kaave Code?
You have to use the latest version of Kaave to upload your code. You can try again after updating the Kaave app in your cell phone's app store.
I didn't have the Kaave app on my cell phone and I downloaded it when uploading my code. However, my code wasn't uploaded when I opened the app?
You have to create an easy-to-do account by entering it in order to upload the code after downloading the Kaave app. You can upload the code again on this page after creating an account.
Can someone else use my Kaave Code?
Kaave Codes are not codes associated with names. You can have someone else use your code by giving it to them if you wish.
